    We at Southern Energy , truly live by our mission statement; it has become an integrated way of doing business. Everyday, our focus is to reach the next level of consumer satisfaction.

A New Attitude

    In 1982 Southern Energy introduced a line of manufactured homes that was received greatly by our customers. Having been recognized for having the best floor plans, decors and offering what no other manufacturer would, customization. Southern Energy offered a fresh new product to the industry and remains one of the top selling homes on the market.

    To ensure Southern Energy's place in the manufactured housing industry, Southern Energy took a proactive stance on Quality. In 1998, we implemented a new quality and training programs, and our service departments were restructured to ensure a more efficient process.

    Today, Southern Energy Homes, has taken quality and service to a new level. As a result of our new attitude, we are able to service our customers more efficiently thus producing a high level of consumer satisfaction! Our customers are happier than ever, this is the result when you are customer focused.

Quality is the Key!
 

    We have recognized that quality is the number one factor that affects warranty issues. Our goal is to produce a defect free home. With our new quality and training programs we have seen many positive results. For example, The U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development audits all manufacturers periodically to ensure compliance to their standards. The manufacturers are then graded by industry standards; look at the positive trends we are seeing as a result of our quality focus.

Full House Audit

   Every house produced undergoes a rigorous inspection process after it passes a HUD Code inspection. A home is periodically selected to undergo a full function audit in which every aspect of the home is inspected. We are so thorough in our testing that we even run the dishwasher, check the hot water heater and inspect every functional part of the home. We hold ourselves to a higher level of quality because our customers deserve the best.
