Our salesman (Keith) was patient and very nice to work with It was not easy for him I know. But he worked hard to give us a good deal and so we can have the home of our dreams. He is a good guy. During the last several months, I have visited your website many, many times. I also paid many visits to Bropfs, a local St. Charles, Missouri dealer. In addition to many long discussions with Doug at Bropfs, I did extensive research online regarding the pros and cons of owning a mobile home. I even bought an informational book from Borders bookstore and read it many times, highlighting important points and making notes to discuss with Doug. After many visits to Bropfs and to Hillside Mobile Manor... I made my decision, choosing a beautiful corner lot for my new Redman home. On August 9, Doug Jones from Bropfs placed my order with you for my new home. I am approaching the three-week mark waiting for my new home and have most of my tiny apartment packed. New furniture is bought and waiting in storage to be placed in my new home. Toys have been bought for my grandkids in "their" room at my house. I can't tell you how excited I am about my new home and how impressed I am with the quality of your product. I honestly don't believe there is a better home on the market and can't wait to see my finished product. For the past year, I have had the majority of my belongings in storage and am so excited about being able to unpack all the boxes and have everything in one place! I am looking forward to decorating for Christmas and having the family over for dinners and the grandkids overnight. Also, Doug at Bropfs has been wonderful to work with. We've written twice before but once again, Doug has gone the "extra mile." Due to the location of our new home, increased costs and other variables beyond Doug's control, it has been hard to find bids for contract work acceptable for the bank. Doug persevered and found a contractor, an acceptable proposed bid, and we hope to start building our new home within the next two to three weeks. The new contractor.., impressed Clara and I with his expertise, suggestions and professional approach to our situation. We have been working with Doug since 6/2004 to build our new home. Despite problems with obtaining appraisals, contractors and financing for a home in a rural Bollinger County, Doug has come through. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty by contacting local contractors, appraisers and financial institutions to help us close the deal on our new home. Mr. Bropfs I am writing to in regard to one of you employees that works at Bropfs Mobile Home s in St. Charles, MO. My wife and I cannot express our pleasure with his performance enough. My wife and I talked with him in early Sept. about maybe purchasing a mobile home. He talked about the advantages of owning one and gave us straight answers to all our questions. I explained to him that I am in the Navy and that the only time I am in town is on the weekends. He commenced to take care of everything. It was so easy for us that I could hardly believe it. If I would have known that is could be this easy I would have bought a home a long time ago. My wife and I are very happy with our new home and wont hesitate to tell our friends how helpful you staff is and how easy you have made it to own a home.

I moved out of a 3200 square foot home, at first I regretted moving to a smaller home, but after living here for 2 months I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER... Lots of closet Space.... Plenty of room.... Our salesperson went out of his way to find the right home for us, he is very polite and concerned about his customers. He should be recognized. I could have bought anywhere, His concern for our families lifestyle really impressed me.
