OVERVIEW:
I have been in the home/construction business for most of my adult life. Here at Bropfs I enjoy selling homes. I remember back when a family of four or more could pay their mortgage payment with one weeks income, on one persons pay check. Today I see both husband & wife working full time and maybe a third job, with their mortgage payment taking half of their combined income.
Something has to change!!
The builders in our area are charging people over $100 dollars per square foot, for a new home. I can offer a better solution. I can custom build your home. Of course a brand new home, of top quality, in construction, insulation, durability for much less. Wow can I beat that deal!!
