Station 7
The roof station is built in this station. Clayton Manufacturing uses engineered roof trusses, designed to support appropriate roof loads at your home's site. Roof loads allow equal distribution of weight for snow or ice. Once completed, the roof is lifted into the paint booth where it is pre-wired, textured and painted. Now it is ready to be installed on the home.
Securing rafters to sheet rock ceiling
The team member pictured above is using adhesive foam that forms a very strong bond between the rafter and the sheet rock.
