The home is now bolted together so from this point on, the home is constructed as a single unit; much like it would be built at a home site. Clayton Homes Inc., is one of the few manufacturers to build their homes as a single unit. This process is called "unitized construction" and ensures that every home fits together perfectly when installed at its final destination.
Placement of interior walls and bathrooms
The water heater, cabinets, sinks, showers, and interior walls are then set in place, leveled and secured.
