Station 13
At station 13 appliances are installed and the home is thoroughly inspected, tested, and the final clean up is done. Plumbing tests are done on every fixture and drain. Electrical tests are performed on all the home's receptacles, light switches and lighting fixtures. Once the home passes all required testing, it is wrapped with heavy-duty plastic in preparation for shipment.
While the home is being wrapped, team members clean the exterior. Unlike site built homes, the home is never subject to weather until it is ready to ship.
