Premium grade steel is used to build each home from the frame up. Steel outriggers are used on each frame to support the weight of the exterior walls and roof.
Frame shop
Pictured above, welders attach full-length outriggers to the steel I-beam. This insures that the frame, or foundation of the home, is precise and sound for the life of the home.

Notice this frame has a curvature camber. The curvature camber ensures that when the frame is loaded with the weight of the home; it remains straight and level.
