Construction Process
Quality is the number one goal in the construction of your
Clayton home. Each Clayton home is built using the highest quality
standards, materials, and workmanship. It takes approximately two to five
days for your home to move through the entire construction process. To
ensure the highest quality in our finished product, each phase of
construction is performed at a specialized station. Before the home is moved
to the next station, it is inspected and certified to be free of defects. A
complete inspection by the production team and third party inspectors helps
ensure quality standards are maintained.
